Questions owners ask

Do I have to switch booking software?

No. If you already use Square, Booksy, Vagaro, or something similar, I set that up properly and connect it everywhere. If you have nothing, I'll recommend an option that fits your budget and set it up in your name.

Do you need my passwords?

No. You add me as a manager on your Google listing and booking account. You stay the owner, and you can remove my access anytime.

What if it isn't done in 48 hours?

You get your full $297 back. The 48 hours start once I have your services, prices, hours, photos, and manager access. In that time, your online booking, text reminders, review requests, and website (if you need one) go live, and all your Google listing updates are submitted.

Why might my Google changes take longer?

Google reviews listing changes on its own schedule, usually within a few days. A brand-new or unclaimed listing also has to be verified by you, the owner, which can take longer. I submit everything within the 48 hours, walk you through verification, and stay on it until your listing is live.

Are there any other costs?

Some booking platforms charge a monthly fee, and some charge for text reminders. Those are billed to you by the platform, not by me, and I'll walk you through the costs before we start so nothing is a surprise.

Who will I be working with?

Me, Ray. I'm local to Columbus, I answer my own phone, and I'll be the one setting up your shop from start to finish.
